"Hello, Unfortunately I have to inform you that XYZ Corporation, Inc. Due to unforeseen circumstances needs to discontinue operations. We feel this is in the best interest of all parties. Over the next two weeks we will be meeting with our advisors and attorneys to decide on the appropriate method for liquidating all assets and paying all creditors. We will keep you up to date via email on all progress and activities. Sincerely, The Company, Inc"
